J’ai la chance d’habiter à la campagne et le temps des foins est un moment à part: nos paysages habituels changent tout-à-coup et on prend encore plus conscience du travail des agriculteurs. C’est un moment béni aussi pour pique-niquer et on peut parfois apercevoir des renards qui profitent de conditions plus favorables pour chasser les rongeurs.
La tableau original, « Deux Meules de foin » a été réalisé à l’acrylique.

I’m lucky enough to live in the countryside, and haymaking time is a special time: our familiar landscapes suddenly change, and we become even more aware of the farmers’ work.
